The reasons I’m conflicted
The breakfast buffet offers an outstanding variety, from waffles to smoothies. Moreover, the location adjacent to Norway's largest mall provides convenient shopping and easy access to public transport.
Unfortunately, customer service varied, with some staff being unhelpful. Additionally, the high cost of parking was a frustrating surprise.

We enjoyed the fitness center and even hit the golf course. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a huge variety that kept us fueled every day. The rooms were spacious and the location was super convenient for exploring places like the Viking Ship Museum and Oslo Opera House.
Unfortunately, the toilet in our bathroom didn’t work properly. It caused quite a hassle during our stay as we often had to go all the way to the lobby.

The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our family stay. We all enjoyed the fantastic breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Plus, we loved the fitness center, it had everything we needed for a good workout, which was a nice bonus for the adults in the group.
My kids wished there was a dedicated play area for children, which would make the stay even more enjoyable for families.

The hotel location is perfectly right next to a massive shopping center, which was so easy for us to grab some essentials. And can we talk about breakfast? It’s like a feast, just an endless buffet of options that makes mornings not so bad.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, we thought it was still tolerable.
